Team Insights 2026: Meet Donna, Mobility Vehicle Specialist
As part of our ongoing Team Insights series, we’re excited to shine a spotlight on the dedicated people who make Sirus such a special place to work—and to partner with. Today, we’re delighted to introduce Donna, one of our talented Mobility Vehicle Specialists, who joined the Sirus team last October.
Supporting Customers with Care
In her role, Donna is often one of the first points of contact for customers exploring Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs). Whether she’s answering queries by phone or email, arranging demonstrations, sending brochures, or preparing quotes, Donna prides herself on delivering a seamless, supportive experience.
“My role at Sirus involves speaking to customers either by email or by phone and providing an excellent service for those who are looking for WAVs. I send brochures, arrange demos, provide quotes and submit orders for their desired vehicle.”
Donna’s commitment to guiding people through these important decisions shines through in every conversation.
A Wealth of Customer Service Experience
Donna brings over 25 years of customer service experience, gained across several industries, including banking and insurance. This strong foundation allows her to build trust quickly and provide the thoughtful, personalised support that our customers value.
