We have a team of mobility specialists just at the end of the phone to answer any queries and questions you have. We will post our brochures out to you or email them if you prefer. Please feel free to ask us lots of questions, no matter how silly they may feel. We know that buying a wheelchair accessible vehicle can feel quite daunting, especially if you are purchasing a WAV for the first time. Free home demonstrations

One of our mobility specialists will arrange a home demonstration and test drive for our wheelchair accessible vehicles at a time and day to suit you. We will bring our demonstration vehicle directly to your home or workplace. We recommend having a test drive in your local area with one of our fully trained mobility specialists. We also welcome you to visit Sirus so you can see a number of our vehicle conversions at the same time and we are centrally located in the West Midlands just off the M6. Support throughout your journey with us

Throughout the whole process, one of our mobility specialists will work closely with you to ensure you have all of the information you need.  We will give you regular updates on the progress of your vehicle and arrange your wheelchair fitting, any adaptations required and a suitable handover date. We can offer you support and advice on funding such as the popular Motability Scheme, or if you opt not to use it or do not qualify, we can give you helpful advice on finance, insurance and RAC warranty and roadside assistance.

Wheelchair fitting for automated locking systems

Where possible we will come to your home to carry out the fitting of your wheelchair to make your journey with us as simple and stress-free as possible. The wheelchair fitting is usually a week before your vehicle is due to be delivered to you, and always with a fully trained member of our team. On occasions we can also offer you a loan chair, so please ask our team about the best option for you.

Free delivery in the UK

Once your wheelchair accessible vehicle is ready, we will deliver to your door at a date and time to suit you. During this handover, we will go through the conversion features in detail, so you have a full understanding of how it works. You will also receive a vehicle handbook which explains the conversion.

Aftersales service

As a Motability Premier Partner, we are extremely proud of our aftersales service, and we do everything we can to look after all of our customers. Our dedicated customer service team are there to help should you require assistance and will always go that extra mile to ensure you are happy with our service.
