David Smith OBE Joins Sirus Mobility at Naidex 2025

We’re thrilled to announce that Paralympic Boccia champion, David Smith OBE, will be joining Sirus Mobility on our stand at Naidex on Wednesday morning. As a long-standing Sirus customer for over 15 years, David has relied on his Ford Connect Drive From Wheelchair vehicle, expertly designed by Sirus, to maintain his independence and mobility. David’s Sirus car enables him to travel around the country to Boccia training and competitions.

Driving from his wheelchair

David’s journey with Sirus Mobility began when he sought a vehicle that would allow him to drive from his wheelchair. Our team worked closely with David to customise the Ford Connect to meet his unique needs, enhancing both functionality and freedom. Since then, David has become not only a valued customer but also an advocate for the positive impact that innovative mobility solutions from Sirus have on the lives of disabled drivers.
