Customer Car Collection/Handover Specialist
Sirus Automotive, specialists in wheelchair accessible vehicles and adaptations, are seeking a Customer Car Collection/Handover Specialist to join our busy team collecting and delivering vehicles across the UK.
No two days are the same at Sirus – one day you may be collecting vehicles booked into our workshop for conversion and adaptation from around the local area, or you could be equally likely to be delivering a brand-new bespoke vehicle to a proud new owner or adaptation company.
Our range of vehicles and adaptations is unique, and represents the leading edge of vehicle conversions. We’re specialists in independent driving solutions and upfront passenger wavs. We also offer adaptations to standard production cars to assist drivers and passengers.
With many of our customers situated far away from our site, often the only face to face contact they will have with our company will be the person that demonstrated the product and you as the Handover Specialist. With this in mind, customer service and an ability to build and maintain relationships with our customers is paramount. We want our customers to stay with us for years, and you could make all the difference.
The ideal candidate will come from a customer facing background featuring strong customer-service and professional interactions with customers and colleagues. Candidates with similar dealership car park or vehicle supply chain experience are of particular interest.
No previous knowledge of wheelchair accessible vehicles and adaptations is required as full training will be given.
A successful Handover Specialist must have a full clean driving licence and at least 3 years driving experience.
As well as a full driving licence we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated with excellent interpersonal communication skills and above all a can-do attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
