We hear from one of our lovely Adaptations customers who wrote us a letter of thanks after we fitted an adaptation to his mobility car. Mr Mahmood M Sacha had two transfer plates fitted, one to the driver’s side for when he occasionally drives, and one to the passenger side for when his son is driving and he travels as a passenger.

Tina was a very polite and showed professionalism in her duty. I am very pleased with the excellent service she provided on behalf of the Sirus team. She contacted me on several occasions to ensure everything was okay with me using the car with the appropriate adaptations, which was a transfer plate to help me get in and out of the vehicle with ease. This shows after care provision by an experienced member of your staff, which was very relieving and comforting for me as a disabled person.

Support and guidance 

Finally please convey my thanks to all the supporting staff including the engineers who installed the transfer plates (designed by Autoadapt by Elap) which have been very useful since I’ve had my mobility vehicle and now provides comfort moving in and out of the vehicle.
