COVID-19: Changes to our Operations

A Message to Our Customers,

Firstly we would just like to say we hope you are staying safe and taking care in these unprecedented times.

With the additional measures announced by the Government and in line with our social responsibility, we have taken the very difficult decision to temporarily close our doors. Our workshop and offices will close on Tuesday 24th March, until further notice. Whilst we have been doing everything we can to continue to stay open, we feel this is the right time to close in order to protect the safety of our customers, associates and our team.

Service Support for our Customers

From Wednesday 25th March we will have one Aftersales Advisor working from home and two Service and Warranty Engineers on the road. They will be carrying out essential warranty jobs to help you to stay on the road.  If you need essential assistance with your vehicle conversion, please call 0121 505 7777 for instruction’s on emergency cover or email customerservice@sirusautomotive.co.uk during the office hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday where someone will assist with your enquiry.

New Enquiries

If you are interested in our vehicles and would like to know more, you can see a range of videos on our YouTube page. You can request a brochure via the website (a PDF will be emailed to you)  or we can send our brochures in the post. Just fill out a form on our website. If you have any specific sales enquiries please email sales@sirusautomotive.co.uk and one of our mobility specialists will get back to you as soon as we can.

We Are in This Together

We feel this is the right decision in order for us to support the nationwide efforts to beat COVID-19. We cannot wait to resume ‘business as usual’ in a few months’ time and we look forward to seeing you very soon.

In the meantime, we hope you and your family stay safe and well.

We would also like to say a huge THANK YOU to all NHS workers who are doing a truly amazing job.
