Dave Curtis is our Aftersales Engineer and has been with Sirus for over seven years. The thing he enjoys most about his job is keeping his customers happy by providing a high level of service.

Before joining the team as an Aftersales Engineer, Dave worked as a Roadside Technician at Green Flag for 13 years.  Based in London, Dave covers the Southern Counties including Norfolk, Hampshire, Surrey, Essex, Wiltshire, Greater London, Cambridge, Kent, Sussex, Suffolk and up to Gloucester. Dave visits Sirus customers at their home or workplace to provide our reputable Sirus aftersales service that we are proud of.

Post-Delivery Familiarisation Check for all Motability WAV Customers

If our customers have a Motability WAV, we carry out a Post-Delivery Familiarisation Check – After around four weeks from delivery, I will visit our customer to make sure their Motability WAV is in excellent working order and check over the conversion. We want to make sure our customers are happy with everything and are comfortable with all of the functionality of the conversion and the car adaptations.

Six Month Service for Motability WAV customers

For our Motability WAV customers (Drive From Wheelchair and Internal Transfer), we now carry out a service six months after the vehicle was delivered. This is called a ‘Tail Lift Access Point Service’ – again just to check that everything is in good working order and our customers have no problems with the automated entry and exit system.

Three to Five Year Warranty

All Motability WAV customers receive a five-year warranty (to match the length of a Contract Hire Agreement) so any repair caused by general wear or mechanical fault is covered. For private customers, we provide a three-year warranty and service on all new Sirus vehicles. So if you have any issues at all with your conversion, all you have to do it call us and we will come to your home to fix it or if we cant, we will bring it back to our workshop for repair”.
