Team Insights – Meet Laura from Aftersales “Sirus is like a family”

Laura tells us what its like to work at Sirus, and how she feels ‘part of the family’.

 

Tell us about life before Sirus

After leaving school I studied Business Studies and Customer Service at college.  I came to Sirus as an apprentice and I have loved every minute since. It is a very special place.

Tell us about your role at Sirus?

I started as an administration assistant on an apprenticeship scheme in July 2015.  I completed my customer service NVQ and moved on to become an Aftersales Advisor.  I’ve continually progressed throughout my time here and now I am extremely grateful to be the Aftersales and Vehicle Administration Team Leader.

How have you found working at Sirus?

I love working at Sirus as we give customers their freedom and independence.  It’s always rewarding knowing I am there to help customers. I love to hear how happy they are to be on the road and how our wheelchair accessible vehicles have changed their lives. I work with a team of Aftersales Engineers who cover the whole of the UK providing a brilliant service. We include aftersales service with all of our WAVs giving our customers peace of mind.

What is the best thing about working at Sirus?

I love working at Sirus! The main reason is that I am part of a team providing independence to our customers.  Sirus is like a family, including our customers, and it’s lovely to experience that”.
