Team Insights: Meet Shagun “Everybody treats you like part of the family”

Meet Shagun, our our mobility administor who joined Sirus in December 2022. Shagun tells us about the culture at Sirus and how she feels like part of the family.

 

How have you found working at Sirus?

“It’s been seven months working at Sirus, but it feels like I have been working here ages. Everybody treats you like part of the family.

There are several factors that contribute to my professional happiness at Sirus. The right work environment is one of them. I value being part of a collaborative and healthy working environment working alongside motivated and goal-oriented colleagues. It helps me to stay engaged in my role and challenge myself to improve my productivity. I am delighted with my work and the Sirus team I work with.

What is the best thing about working at Sirus?

There are so many wonderful things about working at Sirus. My favourite is the work culture and I really enjoy working with everyone. Everyone is so polite, helpful and cheerful that you never feel if you are new to the company.

Tell us about your role at Sirus?

I work in the administration department as a Sales Administrator. My role is to undertake administrative tasks, such as updating customer information, maintaining file systems, data input on CRM. I also deal with processing vehicle orders along with vehicle licensing /registration. I assist the customer with the enquiries and processing their Motability application on the online system.”
