Covid-19 – Our Continued Support & Business as Usual

We would like to outline the extra measures we have taken. If you are seeing one of our team members over the coming weeks, please be reassured that in addition to our already high standards, we have implemented the following procedures:

Vehicle demonstrations

All of our mobility specialists will:

  • Adhere to strict hygiene procedures in line with NHS England’s guidelines. This includes strict hand hygiene.
  • Carry anti-bacterial hand sanitiser which is used before and after every demonstration.
  • Wear protective gloves during the demonstration.
  • Ensure after every demonstration the vehicle is thoroughly wiped down with anti-bacterial wipes.
  • Ensure no physical contact.
  • Keep our time with you to a minimum. We can follow up your demonstration with video links or 1-2-1 video calls.

Prior to our visit, we will call ahead to make sure you are happy to continue. If you prefer an alternative location for your demonstration away from your home, this can also be arranged.

Service/warranty call-outs, handovers & fittings

All of our mobility specialists & service and warranty engineers will:

  • Adhere to strict hygiene procedures in line with NHS England’s guidelines. This includes strict hand hygiene.
  • Wipe down the interior of the vehicle with anti-bacterial wipes after use.
  • Ensure no physical contact.
  • Keep our time with you to a minimum. We can follow up handovers with guides, videos and 1-2-1 video calls if you still have questions.

If you prefer to have zero-contact, please feel free to post your keys through the letterbox upon their arrival. They will then post them back to you once they have completed your vehicle.

We would like to assure you, we will be following developments on a daily basis with intense scrutiny.
