Welcome to the team Rob Bailey, Operations Manager

We would like to give a very warm to welcome Rob Bailey who joins us in the role of Operations Manager.

Rob’s role at Sirus will be focusing on process improvements targeted within production and operational efficiencies. Rob will be leading and implementing improved working practices that will further develop the Sirus team and our commitment to producing high quality, industry leading wheelchair accessible vehicles.

With over 30 years of experience in engineering and leadership, Rob has worked with a range of businesses from small, privately-owned companies to large corporates. Rob also served his local community for five years as a Police Constable with West Midlands Police. Over the past ten years, Rob has focused his career on production and operations and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.

Rob commented, “I am delighted to join Sirus Automotive.  I have been made to feel very welcome and feel part of the Sirus ‘family’ already. The company has always been known for its high quality vehicles designed to create independence for our customers. With the use of ISO9001 internal auditing and Lean Six Sigma tools, I will help to further develop a quality workforce, the driving force behind our exceptional vehicle conversions and car adaptations. Sirus have partnered with Sandwell College for many years now and our apprenticeship scheme has been very successful. I will also be focusing on the training and development of our team members”.
