Dear Sophie,

I am writing to you as I simply wanted to say thank you to all concerned, including yourself, my deep gratitude for all the excellent service I have had in regards of the purchase of the Sirus VW Upfront.  It is the toughest time of my life seeing my wife cope with the ravages of Motor Neurone Disease and the effect it has on the entire family, so it is so pleasing to deal with such good people when it comes to a motor vehicle purchase. I’ve never been so happy parting with my money, which is very rare when buying a car normally!!

No hard sell

I was put on to Sirus by Gowrings Mobility and I am so pleased that they did because from the very first conversation I was put at ease straight away by Lenna. No hard sell, a very caring and helpful manner. Nothing was too much trouble and the offer of a trial run of the Sirus VW Upfront meant Tina (Sirus mobility specialist) bought it to our home for a test drive. This was just superb and alleviated all my doubts and uncertainty about buying the vehicle.  All the work I asked to be done has been carried out and the early delivery date was very much appreciated by me and my wife.

An asset to Sirus

With regard to Tina, I have to say she is the most beautiful person, in every way. What an asset she is to Sirus. To maintain such a calm and reassuring manner following many hours on UK motorways, is brilliant and the help she gave me in taxing the car, reading the small print (I forgot my reading glasses) was just like being taken out by one of my daughters but showing a bit more patience than they would have done!!! Wonderful, priceless, I can’t really say anymore. Thank you all once again and for bringing a little ray of sunshine into our lives. Quite simply, you are the best.

P.S Tina very kindly filled up the car with diesel last Thursday and therefore I have a full tank. We have done 100 miles already ( much to my wife’s enjoyment, she has her chauffeur again!!!).
