COVID-19 – An Update to Our Service
A Message to Our Valued Customers, Suppliers and Industry Colleagues,
Firstly we would just like to say we hope you are staying safe and taking care during such difficult times. To ensure the safety of our customers and our team, we have made the decision to reduce our production output and the number of people we have on-site. This may lead to delays in your wheelchair accessible vehicle being handed over to your 2nd stage Adaptations company, or to you directly.
The good news is, we are still here for you!
If you require Aftersales Support
Our Aftersales team are still working. Should you require essential support to keep you on the road, please call 07984 927 170 or email customerservice@sirusautomotive.co.uk during normal office hours, 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
If you have a Sales Enquiry
We can still offer you a home demonstration. If you are happy to go ahead, our Mobility Advisors are working to strict COVID-19 safety measures and will fully sanitise our demonstration wheelchair accessible vehicle prior to and on completion of your demonstration. If this is not for you, and you prefer not to leave home, we can bring the vehicle to you virtually! Just let us know which conversion you are interested in and we can offer a 1-2-1 demonstration with a member of our sales team via a video link.

If you have placed an order with us and are waiting for you vehicle to be delivered, if you haven’t been contacted by a member of our team already we will be in touch to update you on your vehicle build shortly. We are so sorry your vehicle delivery date may be delayed and will do our best to complete your vehicle as soon as possible.
