Our Ford Drive/Upfront is based on the Ford Grand Tourneo Connect and gives you total flexibility and independence. The side access design enables you park on the street as well as in a Blue Badge parking bay. You can drive from your wheelchair or travel upfront next to the driver, with the option to switch places at any time. This conversion has the benefit of two rear seats as standard as well as an unadapted Ford boot for plenty of luggage.
Transfer internally to the driver’s seat
Our Ford Internal Transfer is also based on Ford’s Grand Tourneo Connect. is designed so you can transfer from your wheelchair to a standard driver seat. You can secure your wheelchair in the vehicle (no dismantling or lifting) and if you don’t feel like driving, you can travel upfront in your wheelchair. Also includes two rear seats as standard and a spacious boot for luggage and equipment such as a hoist / shower chair.

Seat up to six people – ideal for the family
The Ford Drive X is our largest Drive From Wheelchair vehicle and is based on Ford’s popular Tourneo Custom. The lowered floor provides a driving position for optimum vision and comfort – ideal for long journeys. Includes space for up to six people with a multitude of seating options for the family, plus you can transport the driver’s seat and switch to passenger position on your journey.
Don’t want to drive? Travel Upfront as a passenger in your wheelchair
Our popular Upfront Passenger vehicle, the Ford Upfront is also based on Ford’s Grand Tourneo Connect. Also with side entry, this conversion is designed to enable you to travel upfront next to the driver. You can chat to the driver, help with directions and enjoy the view! It also benefits from not two, but THREE rear seats as standard giving you space for five people. The mid-row seat has ISOFIX points to safety secure a child seat. Also includes a standard Ford boot with an optional automatic opener.
