Sirus Customer Service

Customer service is my passion. The most important part of my role is to ensure our customers receive an exceptional level of service throughout their journey with us. From the very first enquiry for as long as the customer remains in a Sirus vehicle. We do everything we can to provide our customers with the best possible advice and service, making the whole process as smooth and worry-free as possible.

Our Mobility Specialists

We have a team of experienced Mobility vehicles Specialists who give our customers advice over the phone, arrange a home demonstration in the most suitable vehicle and we work very closely with our customers to find the right mobility solution. We provide expert advice on vehicle conversions, adaptations, funding options, Motability, Motability Grants and WAV insurance.

Free Home Demonstration and Test Drive

Sirus will bring a fully converted demonstration vehicle out to your home, so you can drive the vehicle in an area that is familiar to you. One of our experienced Mobility Specialists will talk through the various options and recommend any additional further adaptations you might require.

Sirus Aftersales Service

We are extremely proud of the aftersales service that we provide. We have a team of office-based advisors who are there to continually provide service and support when needed and will always go that extra mile.  We also have a team of mobile Aftersales Engineers on the road covering the whole of the UK. They travel to our customers home or workplace to carry out any service or warranty work. We always do our best to get our customers back on the road as quickly as possible as we understand how important our vehicles are”.
