Sirus Welcome Occupational Therapist to the Team

We are delighted to welcome Joanne Weaver, Occupational Therapist to Sirus. Sirus Associate, Joanne will be working closely with our team and the wider healthcare professional community, as we look forward to the potential return of smaller events later this year.  Joanne will also be writing a regular blog, with useful information each month for our customers and healthcare professionals.

“Hi, my name is Joanne! I am an Occupational Therapist and I qualified in 2008. During my career, I have worked with many people with a wide range of short and long term needs, medical conditions and disabilities. I’ve worked in social services, acute hospitals and community services to help promote independence and social inclusion in everyday life. I am very excited to be working with Sirus. Their range of Drive From Wheelchair, Internal Transfer and Upfront Passenger conversions are specifically designed for just that – independence and social inclusion. I look forward to helping to educate my peers and the wider community. The range of car adaptations and vehicle conversions that are now available means living an independent life is achievable”.
